About the Role
This is a remote contract opportunity for an AI Model Assessment Specialist. The role is focused on reviewing and improving AI-generated outputs by applying strong judgment, language skills, and attention to detail. Compensation is set at $22 to $70 per hour, and the expected workload is 10 to 40 hours each week.
Core Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses across different subject areas and judge how accurate and useful they are.
- Provide clear, practical feedback that can help improve model quality and future performance.
- Examine datasets and model outputs for correctness, clarity, and alignment with task objectives.
- Spot trends, inconsistencies, and subtle issues in generated content through careful reading and analysis.
- Work with other team members by sharing insights clearly in written and spoken form.
- Use real-world judgment to simulate tasks or situations and assess how well the model performs.
Requirements
- Native-level English fluency at C1 or C2 level.
- Strong reading comprehension and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to notice fine distinctions.
- Ability to give specific, useful feedback backed by subject knowledge.
- Good organization and time management while working remotely.
