Overview
Asociación Generación 21 seeks a motivated AI Engineer at the entry or junior level to join their remote team based in Germany. This full-time position is designed for individuals passionate about AI, machine learning, and software development who are adept at solving complex technical challenges and delivering scalable AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and sustain AI and machine learning applications and features.
- Integrate AI/ML models seamlessly into software applications and production environments.
- Handle data preprocessing, evaluation of models, and optimize their performance.
- Create and maintain APIs and services essential for AI-powered applications.
- Produce clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Candidate Requirements
- Candidates with 0 to 3+ years of experience, including internships, at entry or junior level.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
- Understanding of fundamental AI and machine learning principles.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, databases, APIs, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Some experience with data preprocessing, model validation, and deployment basics.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities.
