Role Summary
The Admissions Advisor serves as the first point of interaction for prospective students exploring our IT Bootcamp offerings. This consultative sales position requires a genuine desire to positively impact lives through guidance and support. The Admissions Advisor manages both inbound and outbound communication, assessing candidates’ needs and guiding them toward bootcamp programs aligned with their career goals. Strict adherence to company protocols and effective use of interview scripts are essential to deliver meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment objectives.
- Generate monthly referrals from prospective students.
- Maintain precise and actionable sales forecasts monthly and quarterly.
- Follow up diligently on all inquiries through calls, texts, and emails using established follow-up procedures.
- Uphold professionalism and integrity in all communications.
- Deliver exceptional service and support to all potential enrollees.
- Ensure flawless accuracy in data collection and entry processes.
- Exceed value selling performance expectations.
- Keep the CRM platform orderly and error-free at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Exhibit a consistently positive attitude.
- Demonstrate professional proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Apply effective negotiation and motivational strategies with influence.
- Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Manage time efficiently.
- Preferably hold a degree.
- Possess at least 4 years of experience in Admissions or Qualitative Sales roles.
- Experience in pipeline management and lead nurturing is mandatory.
- Availability to work during evening hours and some weekends.
- Comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds, roles, and seniority levels.
Additional Information
This is a contractual, full-time position based remotely, open to candidates located in Jamaica, Brazil, Mexico, or South Africa.
