Admin/Receptionist

Job Overview

This position entails delivering exceptional reception, front desk, clerical, and administrative services to patients, service users, carers, and anyone accessing the Chase Building for Trust services. Evening and weekend reception support will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all individuals visiting the Chase Building.
• Organize and manage work tasks to guarantee timely completion of deadlines and achievement of goals.
• Engage actively in departmental meetings and contribute positively to the administrative service overall.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal staff and external organizations.
• Handle and escalate enquiries and complaints from the public or patients appropriately.
• Maintain a professional approach and uphold standards in all duties performed.
• Pursue ongoing personal development through appraisals, supervision, and relevant training.
