Role overview
We are hiring a well-organized Administrator to handle everyday office administration and help keep operational work running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Build, revise, and keep reports current in Microsoft Excel.
- Stay in touch with external collection agencies and make sure assigned tasks are completed within the expected timeframe.
- Keep recovery-related records and paperwork accurate and up to date.
- Work with internal teams and outside collection partners to support day-to-day operations.
- Monitor pending work and share timely progress updates.
- Help prepare recurring performance reports and operational summaries.
- Maintain orderly, complete, and correct documentation at all times.
- Carry out general administrative support tasks for the department.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of experience.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, with strong Excel skills.
- Well-developed organization, communication, and time management abilities.
- Capacity to work on your own and juggle several priorities efficiently.
