About the Role
Sotecnisol S.L. seeks to strengthen its Human Resources department by recruiting an Administrative Assistant for HR based in Lisbon, Portugal. This position is office-based with no remote work option available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in administrative HR tasks including management of employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
- Participate in payroll processing by managing employee data entries, and reporting relevant information such as absenteeism, overtime, and service expenses.
- Address employee inquiries and provide necessary clarifications.
Candidate Profile
- Completion of secondary education (12th grade) is required; additional relevant training for the role is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in similar roles will be valued.
- Critical thinking skills to analyze problems and propose solutions.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit and effective communication skills.
- Residence in the Lisbon area is required.
