The Commercial Department Administrator supports the day-to-day running of the commercial team. The position covers administrative coordination, document control, financial assistance, contract support, and cross-team communication to help the department operate efficiently and contribute to project success.

Key responsibilities

  • Keep project and commercial records well organized, accurate, and properly filed, including contracts, agreements, financial securities, purchase orders, and change orders.
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain project-related documentation as needed.
  • Support financial reporting tasks such as budget monitoring, cost review, and expense tracking.
  • Help process invoices, purchase orders, and payments while staying aligned with budget and financial rules.
