About the Role
As an Administrative Business Partner at Google, you serve as the pivotal support to your team’s business operations, ensuring smooth progress and addressing administrative challenges proactively. Your role involves anticipating the requirements of your managers and team, allowing them to focus on their core projects by efficiently managing operational matters. You adapt swiftly to a dynamic work environment and stay well-informed on the latest Google products and services to strategically bolster your team’s initiatives. This position calls for exceptional organizational and analytical skills, sound business judgment, and effective communication abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update calendar events with some oversight, preparing for executive and team meetings.
- Handle expense management functions under general supervision.
- Evaluate office space requirements and advocate accordingly with guidance.
- Coordinate planning and logistics for internal and external programs and events, collaborating with internal partners and vendors.
- Arrange travel plans and related logistics with support.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Two years of administrative experience within a technology or international setting, performing core administrative duties such as travel coordination, calendar oversight, expense reporting, and facility management.
- Preferred: Three years of administrative experience supporting executive-level leadership in corporate environments, including managing small-scale projects and events from planning through completion.

This role is ineligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship. Compensation varies based on expertise, experience, and relevant education or training. The estimated salary range for this role in the U.S. is $79,000 to $113,000 annually, including a 15% bonus target, equity options, and benefits.
