Role Summary
The Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and enhancing digital advertising campaigns. Duties encompass campaign configuration, ad trafficking, performance tracking, diagnosing issues, and generating reports. This role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns align with performance targets and comply with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Develop, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across multiple channels.
- Configure campaign setups and manage ad trafficking processes.
- Monitor campaign performance and employ troubleshooting techniques as needed.
- Analyze campaign data to inform optimizations and maximize yield.
- Liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to align campaign goals.
Candidate Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Supply-Side Programmatic Advertising.
- Practical knowledge of Header Bidding and Real-Time Bidding (RTB) methodologies.
- Proficiency with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and AdMob platforms.
- Experience managing Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), Ad Exchanges, and Data Management Platforms (DMPs).
- Skills in planning, trafficking, and optimizing both direct and programmatic advertising inventory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Experienced in revenue analysis and yield optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and capability in managing stakeholders.
