Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve disputes involving sponsors, patients, or customers.
  • Serve as primary liaison with sponsors/CROs, maintaining strong business relationships regarding receivables.
  • Reconcile study financial data with information from sponsors/CROs as necessary.
  • Interpret contracts internally and externally to address payment or dispute-related issues.
  • Assess medical procedure invoices against contracts to verify reimbursement eligibility.
  • Identify trends negatively impacting payment or workflow and collaborate on resolution strategies.
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Treasury, and Contracting departments to clarify billing concerns.
  • Perform additional assigned duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience capable of analyzing complex documentation and assessing financial implications.
