Role Overview
We are looking for skilled Accounts Executives to take charge of core financial and accounting duties including reconciliations, inventory management, GST and TDS transactions, and billing assistance. This role demands precise handling of finance processes within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and posting of journal entries accurately.
- Carrying out GST reconciliations and ensuring compliance tracking.
- Monitoring stock control, handling inventory reports and reconciliation activities.
- Managing TDS accounts and supporting relevant filing procedures.
- Conducting bank and ledger reconciliations efficiently.
- Processing goods receipt notes (GRN), along with production and sales billing tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
- Proficient with Dynamic 365 or Tally Prime software.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, inventory management, and reconciliation workflows.
