Accounting & Finance Assistant (m/f/d)

Role overview

Superfilm Europe S.A., which is part of Sanko Holding, is hiring an Accounting & Finance Assistant (m/f/d) to help the Finance team with everyday finance operations, billing, and accounting support. The position suits someone with a commercial or administrative background who values accuracy, organization, and working in an international setting.

Location

The job is based in the Trier / Greater Luxembourg Area. The office is in Wasserbillig, Luxembourg, around 15 minutes from Trier.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with customer invoicing and billing workflows
• Review and prepare information used for invoices
• Handle the processing and archiving of finance-related paperwork
• Support both receivables and payables operations
• Record and update information in SAP
• Help with document control and general finance administration
• Provide support during month-end finance routines
• Coordinate closely with Accounting, Finance, Sales Administration, and Customer Service teams

Profile and requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or vocational training
• Initial experience in accounting, invoicing, administration, or office support
• Confident use of MS Office tools
• SAP knowledge is helpful, though not essential
• Careful, dependable, and well-organized working style
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Collaborative, team-focused attitude

Languages

• English is mandatory
• German and/or French are an advantage
• Turkish is a welcome plus, but not a requirement
