Overview

Raviraj Realty India LLP seeks a skilled Accountant to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role involves managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, balancing ledgers, and ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Tally software and accounting processes, including GST return preparations.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records accurately.
• Use Tally or equivalent accounting software to record accounting entries and maintain ledgers.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct ledger balancing and reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Manage and organize accounts-related documentation ensuring data integrity.
• Assist with preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns in compliance with statutory regulations.
• Prepare data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings.
• Verify invoices, vouchers, and accounting entries to ensure correctness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors when necessary.
• Adhere strictly to established accounting procedures and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age between 20 and 30 years.
• Basic proficiency in English language.
• Graduate degree required.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Familiarity with financial accounting practices and software, particularly Tally.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and related statutory compliance.
