Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Accountant to join our team in Pune on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or an equivalent qualification and will be responsible for managing accounting records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate accounting entries and bookkeeping data.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer transactions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other relevant statutory obligations.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense documentation.
- Support monthly closing activities and contribute to financial reporting processes.
- Organize and maintain all accounting files and documents systematically.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP software for accounting purposes.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS regulations is essential.
- Strong communication abilities with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
Additional Information
This role offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 to ₹25,000.
