- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client communications that clearly reflect project direction and expectations.
- Track schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend and support on-site events or activations when required, coordinating live implementation as needed.
- Maintain regular client contact through updates, review meetings, and post-event discussions.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional services, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Review campaign and event outcomes, capture learnings, and help refine internal processes and workflows.
- Support sustainable production practices in day-to-day project work.
Requirements
- Background in client servicing or account management, ideally within brand experience, events, marketing, or a similar field.

- Understanding of integrated communications, marketing, and brand activation approaches.
- Ability to convert client goals into clear, actionable campaign plans.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills for proposals, presentations, correspondence, and teamwork across functions.
- Ability to assess performance, create reports, and share practical recommendations for future activations.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management, or a related discipline, though equivalent experience may be accepted.
