Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Account Manager based onsite in Lucknow who will serve as the main contact for buyers, sellers, and partners throughout their property transaction journeys. The role entails understanding customer needs, offering appropriate property options, arranging property visits, and prompting timely decisions. Maintaining accurate records, monitoring account activities, and ensuring smooth platform interactions are key tasks. The Account Manager will also liaise with internal teams to address issues, relay client feedback, and support business expansion.
Candidate Qualifications
- Proven skills in managing client relationships, negotiating, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Capacity to handle multiple accounts effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and fulfill commitments.
- Familiarity with real estate markets, property deal processes, and foundational investment principles; experience in real estate or related fields is advantageous.
- Competence in using CRM software, online property listing platforms, and standard office applications.
- Strong verbal and written English communication capabilities; knowledge of local languages is beneficial.
- Customer-oriented approach coupled with problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and teamwork aptitude.
- Preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Real Estate, or similar disciplines.
- Readiness to work onsite in Lucknow, including attending client meetings and scheduling property visits.
