About the Role
Atlassian is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to lead named account plans and territory strategies focused on maximizing expansion opportunities through a diverse portfolio of products. This role involves building strong relationships with decision makers, understanding client needs, and closing strategic deals. You will collaborate extensively with internal teams including channel sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure superior client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement targeted account and territorial sales strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure high standards of customer success.
- Initiate and manage lead generation, develop and nurture relationships with key business executives including C-level stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and successfully close agreements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, account plans, and keep leadership informed of progress and opportunities.
- Stay informed of competitive landscape and industry trends to maintain an edge in the market.
- Serve as the primary Atlassian contact or escalation point for designated accounts.
- Attend client meetings and industry events across assigned regions, facilitating relationship building and opportunity identification.
- Collaborate with Channel sales teams to develop and execute complex sales strategies for key territories and accounts.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is also required.
- Located in Singapore with full employment rights to work locally.
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales environments, with a background managing key accounts in Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
- Proven experience within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector.
- Track record of handling key customer relationships and closing significant strategic sales opportunities.
- Strong command and usage of CRM systems to track and meet performance metrics.
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive territory and strategic account plans, as well as lead account teams to achieve successful customer results.
- Consultative, solution-oriented sales approach with demonstrated success in identifying and capitalizing on new business.
- Experience selling SaaS products targeting development or IT professionals.
- Capability to engage and sell solutions to VP and C-level executives.
- Background working closely with Channel sales organizations.
- Familiarity with Atlassian product suites is advantageous.
- Experience with both on-premise and cloud software solutions.
