About the Role

Working remotely and reporting to the global Director of Client Success, the position seeks a well-organized and collaborative Senior Account Manager or Account Manager based in Singapore. The main responsibility is to support a prominent global travel technology platform's partnerships within key APAC markets, primarily India and Japan, with prospects to expand to Korea and Australia. Collaboration with the North American team is essential, acting as a regional business extension to manage client services, media plan coordination, campaign execution, and ongoing communication with stakeholders across APAC.

The role is largely home-based with occasional visits to the client's Singapore office approximately one day weekly, depending on business demands. As the role evolves, there could be opportunities to assist more APAC clients and contribute to overall regional expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities related to the key travel tech account within APAC markets.
  • Cultivate and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and internal global teams.
  • Coordinate scheduling, project timelines, deliverables, campaign updates, and performance reports.
  • Ensure timely and smooth communication between APAC stakeholders and the North American headquarters.
  • Support the planning and implementation of integrated media campaigns across digital, social, out-of-home (OOH), airport media, connected TV (CTV), and other regional platforms.
  • Align campaign materials, approvals, schedules, and meet specific regional market requirements.
  • Assist in performance measurement, campaign data analysis, and developing presentations while offering insightful market advice and recommendations.
  • Engage in regular virtual meetings with international teams and clients, accommodating occasional early morning or evening calls to bridge time zone gaps.

Requirements

  • Four to seven years of experience in account management, client services, media planning, advertising, or marketing fields.
  • Background in a media agency, advertising agency, or client-side marketing environment is expected.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills capable of juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Legally authorized and based to work in Singapore.
  • Comfortable and effective working independently in remote or hybrid environments.
