Overview
Shri Hari Industries seeks a meticulous Account Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting functions and financial recordkeeping. The position demands proficiency in bookkeeping, Tally software, bank reconciliation, and GST compliance, ensuring smooth financial operations with precision and organizational skill.
Location and Work Details
Based in Bengaluru at Carmel PU College, Hegganahalli, working full-time during day shifts.
Candidate Profile
Candidates aged between 22 to 40 years from any gender are eligible. A graduate degree and at least one year of relevant experience are required. Basic English communication skills are necessary.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain and update books of accounts using Tally software.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and keep ledgers accurate and current.
- Manage vendor payments and accounts payable documentation efficiently.
- Prepare various financial documents including invoices, account statements, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Assist with GST documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Keep detailed financial records along with supporting paperwork.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments regarding accounting and payment processes.
- Provide support to senior accounts staff in daily financial tasks and reporting.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly salary ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 depending on skills and experience. Additional benefits include an annual bonus, opportunities for professional development, and a collaborative work environment.
