Role overview

This position supports the smooth running of remote accommodation operations and helps create a welcoming, home-like experience for residents and visitors. The role sits within the site administration team and plays a key part in day-to-day service delivery at Western Australia FIFO sites.

Key duties

Greet and support visitors and residents arriving at site.
Handle resident check-in and check-out activities.
Prepare reports for different internal and external stakeholders.
Help coordinate requests related to building maintenance.
Run the front desk reception area and manage the kiosk.
Carry out standard reception tasks and respond to resident enquiries or requests.

What you need

Hands-on administration background in a customer service environment.
Prior use of the INX Inflight system is an advantage.
Confidence using Excel.
Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening.

Work pattern

This is an on-site FIFO role on a 14:7 roster, with 11 working hours per day. The schedule consists of two weeks at work followed by one week at home.
