Academic Success Coach

Position Overview

We are looking to hire two Academic Success Coaches who will engage closely with social work students to support their academic and professional journeys. These coaches will conduct proactive outreach, offer personalized academic guidance, implement retention strategies, and collaborate with faculty and various campus departments. Their goal is to help students stay persistent in their studies, achieve academically, become professionally prepared, and progress steadily toward earning their degrees.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide tailored academic coaching and retention-based interventions for social work students.
• Coordinate efforts with faculty and campus partners to enhance student success.
• Support online onboarding processes and promote community building among students.
• Facilitate engagement activities specific to the social work program to encourage student involvement.
