Job Overview
The 3DExperience Platform Lead will oversee the management and support of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to ensure high-quality technical operations aligned with organizational requirements. This position requires leading Application Management Services (AMS), collaborating with multiple teams, and driving continuous enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AMS activities including Jira issue tracking, ticket triaging, and timely follow-up on critical or aging tickets.
- Offer technical direction, design solutions, and implement customizations for 3DEXPERIENCE modules such as ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA.
- Coordinate integration efforts with enterprise systems like ERP, MES, and CRM.
- Collaborate with the PLM team, key stakeholders, and Atlassian specialists to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings, weekly alignment calls, and maintain ongoing stakeholder communications.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, along with organizing trainings and updating essential documentation.
- Ensure QA standards, automate processes, and enforce best practice compliance.
- Perform team leadership duties and execute ad hoc assignments from PLM and business units.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years and up to 10+ years of professional experience working with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and its technologies.
- Strong expertise in EKL, MQL, Java, JSP, TCL/TK, and knowledge of platform workflow management.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and proficiency in stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

- Work locations include Chennai, Bangalore, and Mumbai.
