World Travel Studio works alongside clients to craft personalized travel experiences, building customized international and Indian holiday plans that suit individual preferences.

Role Overview

This telecalling internship is based in Mumbai and focuses on lead handling, client coordination, and maintaining accurate records throughout the initial customer interaction process.

Responsibilities

Reach out to new and existing leads or enquiries to understand what they are looking for.
Route each lead to the most suitable vacation consultant based on the client’s current travel needs.
Adhere to the first-contact SOP while handling calls.
Record and refresh customer details in the database.
Maintain call logs and capture relevant feedback or notes from each interaction.

Requirements

Should be energetic, comfortable speaking with clients, and based in Mumbai.
Strong communication abilities and good interpersonal skills are essential.

Eligibility

Applications are open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, can begin between 29 June 2026 and 3 August 2026, are available for a 3-month internship, and are based in Mumbai. Candidates should also bring relevant skills and genuine interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are welcome to apply. Freshers may also be considered.

Stipend

Paid internship with a monthly stipend of INR 8,000 to 10,000.
