About the Internship
Join Omni Media Consulting as a Performance Marketing intern in a fully remote role designed for those passionate about digital advertising. You'll actively contribute to the management and enhancement of paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn. This position combines strategic planning, creative content collaboration, and data analysis to optimize marketing efforts and drive brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on multiple digital platforms including Google Ads and social media channels.
- Perform competitor evaluations and analyze target audience data to refine advertising strategies.
- Support the development of compelling ad copy, visuals, and advise on landing page elements that maximize user interaction and conversion rates.
- Track campaign metrics and generate basic reports to assess performance.
- Participate in A/B testing to enhance advertisement effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce convincing ad creatives.
- Keep abreast of evolving paid media trends and employ best practices to improve campaign outcomes.
- Contribute to budget monitoring and reporting related to paid media projects.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship starting between July 14, 2026, and August 18, 2026.
- The internship duration is three months.

Additional Information
- The internship provides a monthly stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000.
- Working schedule consists of 5 days a week.
- Successful interns may receive a certificate, letter of recommendation, and potentially a job offer at the conclusion of the internship.
- On conversion to a full-time role, the expected salary range is ₹200,000 to ₹240,000 per annum.
