This internship offers an opportunity to support product catalog management, vendor coordination, procurement tracking, inventory maintenance, budgeting for clinic expansions, and project reporting within a digital platform focused on veterinary telehealth and pet supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and manage product listings including consumables, equipment, and grooming items using Shopify and ERP systems.
- Engage with vendors to obtain quotes, margin details, and pricing sheets.
- Monitor procurement phases and ensure timely stock replenishment across various clinic locations.
- Perform detailed cleaning and maintenance of inventory and pricing data.
- Oversee category-specific budgeting related to clinic setup and expansion initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with clinical teams regarding stock availability and ordering requirements.
- Create and maintain project trackers and reports for internal use.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between July 16 and August 20, 2026, for a duration of six months.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in any discipline, preferably supply chain, operations, or business.
- Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets with a keen eye for detail and comfort handling repetitive data tasks.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
- Prior experience or internships in operations or procurement is beneficial but not mandatory.
