About the internship
This internship is designed for a proactive, detail-focused operations intern who will help keep the day-to-day workflows of an Ayurvedic business running smoothly.
Role overview
The selected intern will contribute to operational coordination across orders, logistics, inventory, and internal reporting, while supporting smooth execution across the company’s ecommerce and marketplace channels.
Responsibilities
- Help manage routine operational activities and support ongoing business processes.
- Work with warehouse teams and logistics partners to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Track order fulfillment status along with returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Keep operational records, reports, and supporting documents updated and organized.
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock reconciliation tasks.
- Coordinate with customer support teams to help resolve order-related concerns.
- Monitor order movement across ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Maintain accuracy of data in operational systems and spreadsheets.
- Contribute to improvements that make operations more efficient.
