About the Internship
This part-time, remote internship focuses on merchant onboarding. The intern will be responsible for introducing our platform to potential merchants, guiding them through the registration process, and ensuring their smooth activation. This role requires proactive communication and record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with merchants through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to present our platform's offerings.
- Provide comprehensive assistance to merchants during their onboarding and registration journey.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective merchants and address their initial inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and update merchant information in designated spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate seamless merchant activation.
- Meet established daily and weekly targets for merchant onboarding.

- Candidates must be available for a work-from-home internship.
- Availability to commence the internship between June 10, 2026, and July 15, 2026.
