Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to actively participate in scaling and optimizing email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and CRM management while working remotely. The role involves applying innovative automation technologies and AI tools to boost marketing efficiency within an evolving fintech and e-commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate to enhance the BotsGoneWild email newsletter through organized systems.
- Oversee subscriber management, including list segmentation and scheduling of email dispatches.
- Develop, implement, and refine automation campaigns and email sequences.
- Administer CRM platforms such as ConvertKit and GoHighLevel for database upkeep.
- Evaluate and qualify incoming leads, ensuring prompt engagement and follow-up.
- Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and propose methods for workflow enhancement.
- Assist in integrating marketing tools and streamline backend processes.
- Utilize AI and no-code applications to reduce manual marketing tasks via automation.
- Diagnose and resolve basic issues related to email systems and marketing automation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available to work from home for the entire 6-month internship duration.
- Candidates should be able to commence the internship between July 23, 2026, and August 27, 2026.
- Possession of relevant skills and a strong interest in marketing automation and email marketing is mandatory.
