Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance regarding Microsoft Outlook related issues to staff members.
- Support the installation and upkeep of computer networking infrastructures.
- Apply computing skills for diagnosing and resolving various IT-related challenges.
- Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of artificial intelligence technologies.
