International Customer Service Weekend Internship

About the Internship

This weekend-based internship offers the chance to support a well-known global brand, speak with international customers, and receive a certificate along with a stipend of INR 13,000. Free food, snacks, and beverages are also included.

The role follows a 7-day schedule spread across weekends. Onboarding and training may take place in either the day shift or evening shift, while the production phase is in the night shift only.

Schedule

Onboarding and training (day or evening shift):

• 2nd August to 5th August: Onboarding/BGV
• 9th August and 16th August: Training (Sunday)
• 23rd August and 30th August: Nesting (Sunday)

Production / actual working (night shift):

• 6th September (Sunday)
• 13th September (Sunday)
• 20th September (Sunday)

Role Overview

• Handle customer conversations over the phone and deliver strong service.
• Follow the quality benchmarks set for the program.
• Keep up with current updates and information relevant to the work.
• Carry out tasks connected to voice-based profiles.

Working Conditions

This internship involves communication with international clients, so excellent spoken English is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working day or evening shifts during onboarding and training, and only night shifts during production. Clearing the training phase is required to move forward into production.

The internship is based in Gurgaon, and applicants must be able to travel to the office on their own. No cab support is provided apart from the stipend. Snacks and beverages will be available during cafeteria hours.
