MARS Cosmetics, a dynamic and innovative color cosmetics brand headquartered in Delhi, is seeking a passionate Influencer Marketing Intern to join their team. The brand is committed to enhancing beauty products while making them accessible and affordable.

Role Description

This position requires a creative and meticulous individual who is enthusiastic about beauty, makeup, and emerging social media trends. The intern will contribute to the planning and implementation of influencer marketing initiatives, foster relationships with content creators, and aid in expanding the brand's online footprint.

Responsibilities

Identify and research influencers in the domains of beauty, makeup, skincare, and lifestyle.
Engage with influencers through communication channels including email and platforms like Instagram.
Manage and update influencer databases, ensuring campaign deliverables are tracked effectively.
Oversee influencer-generated content to confirm adherence to brand guidelines.
Monitor ongoing social media trends, viral content, and competitor influencer activities.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong passion for beauty, makeup, and influencer marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks.
Fundamental proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets along with presentation tools.
Previous internship or campus experience related to social media or influencer marketing is advantageous.

Eligibility Criteria

Available to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
Can commence the internship between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026.
Willing to engage for a complete duration of 3 months.
Must reside in Delhi.
Possess relevant skills and genuine interest in the role.

Compensation and Benefits

A monthly stipend ranging from INR 14,000 to INR 15,000.
A certificate of completion provided upon internship conclusion.
