Key Responsibilities

• Draft job descriptions and publish job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls with prospective candidates.
• Manage incoming applications and organize received documentation systematically.
• Schedule and coordinate interview appointments efficiently.
• Take minutes during interviews, meetings, and team discussions to ensure precise record keeping.
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct or arrange reference checks on shortlisted applicants.
• Prepare and maintain reports tracking the progress of recruitment efforts.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be available to work remotely throughout the tenure.
• Available to begin the internship between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026.
• Commitment to a 2-month internship period is required.
• Possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in human resources.

Compensation and Benefits

• A fixed monthly stipend between ₹2,000 and ₹2,001, plus a small incentive pay of ₹1 to ₹2 monthly.
