This remote HR internship offers practical exposure to core people operations in a fast-moving IT consulting environment. You will support talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR administration while working with teams serving clients in the U.S., Australia, and India. What you will do
- Help identify, screen, and shortlist candidates for both technical and non-technical openings.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Keep candidate records updated and monitor hiring progress across pipelines.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and other HR operational tasks.
- Create and share job descriptions on multiple recruitment channels.
- Assist with routine HR administrative work and maintenance of employee files.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in human resources, business administration, or a closely related stream.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks while staying organized and maintaining confidentiality.
- Interest in learning recruitment, employee management, and wider HR practices.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and job boards such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Broxer, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn on the job.
