About the Internship
This internship at DeMasters Creative Studio offers the opportunity to engage in creative design processes including digital and print media projects. The role involves conceptualizing and producing illustrations, graphics, creatives, and advertisements that support various business needs such as sales presentations, website content, recruitment drives, and marketing campaigns. The intern will work closely with multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create original illustrations and graphics for both digital and print formats across different company segments.
- Collaborate efficiently with sales, marketing, and product teams to align design outputs with strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong aesthetic sensibility covering layout, color theory, typography, and graphic fundamentals.
- Advanced conceptual design abilities, including expertise in illustration, layout, and line compositions.
- Practical experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Sketch.
- Competency in MS Office to support design tasks related to corporate collateral.
- Capability to manage multiple projects with effective prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms to create appropriate graphics.
- Experience with website graphics and brand identity design.
- A portfolio demonstrating passion and commitment to the craft of design.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be available to dedicate full-time hours on-site for a 3-month period starting between July 17, 2026 and August 21, 2026. Relevant skills and a genuine interest in graphic design are essential. Women who are looking to begin or re-enter their careers are encouraged to apply.
