About the Internship

Join Loadshare Networks as a Field Sales Representative intern, where you will take full ownership of the client acquisition process – from identifying potential merchant clients to onboarding them and ensuring they successfully operate deliveries through our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit prospective merchant clients within designated territories using pre-curated lead lists.
• Engage with merchant owners and decision-makers to understand their delivery processes and needs.
• Effectively communicate Loadshare's offerings tailored to each merchant's requirements, handling objections to secure sign-ups.
• Manage the entire onboarding experience including documentation, app configuration, and familiarization with platform features.
• Train merchants on order placement, tracking, billing, and account management, supporting them through initial deliveries.
• Ensure merchants reach full operational readiness before handing them over to the support team.
• Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, leads, feedback, and outcomes.
• Provide daily field insights and merchant feedback to operations to enhance services.
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline within assigned areas focusing on promising merchant segments.
• Follow up on warm leads and reconnect with prospects showing renewed interest.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship of 6 months starting between July 13, 2026, and August 17, 2026.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with any undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Preferred background in commerce, business, or operations disciplines.
• Fluent in English and Hindi communication.
• Comfortable and resilient conducting face-to-face client interactions in the field.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills ensuring accurate activity logs; emphasis on data integrity.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license; ready to commute daily to South Bengaluru.
• Adaptable to a startup environment with shifting priorities and committed to the entire internship duration.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Compensation and Perks
