About the internship
This internship is centered on supporting customers for a Delhi-based colour cosmetics brand. The role involves handling customer communication, solving service issues, and working with internal teams to keep customer experience smooth and timely.
Key responsibilities
You will be expected to manage customer queries across email, chat, and phone, respond with patience and professionalism, and work toward practical resolutions for customer concerns. The position also calls for coordination with teams such as Logistics, Sales, and Operations so that issues are closed quickly and customer satisfaction remains high. Along the way, you will strengthen skills in communication, problem-solving, conflict handling, and customer relationship management while adhering to the company’s service standards.
