About the Internship
Join Circle to create dynamic, mobile-first reel content that aligns with our brand's vision for Growth and Engagement. This role demands the ability to spot emerging trends early, craft captivating transitions, and hook viewers within the opening moments of each reel.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content primarily for Instagram and similar digital platforms.
- Translate trending topics, audience preferences, and brand messaging into compelling reels and videos.
- Collaborate closely with Brand and Growth teams to develop innovative content formats and campaign ideas.
- Oversee the content schedule and manage shoot logistics to ensure timely delivery of published material.
- Analyze content performance metrics to identify successful strategies and optimize future productions.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore.
- Internship start date between 21st July 2026 and 25th August 2026 with a commitment of 3 months.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills and a passion for content creation; women restarting or beginning their careers and freshers seeking job opportunities are encouraged to apply.
Additional Information
- Stipend range: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
- Perks include certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, informal dress code, 5-day work week, complimentary snacks and beverages, and potential full-time job offer.
- Successful interns who convert to permanent employees may earn an annual salary between ₹600,000 and ₹700,000.
