About the internship
This work-from-home internship is centered on creating and managing engaging social content for a parent audience. The role combines short-form video editing, visual design, content repurposing, ad creative production, and performance tracking across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts featuring products, unboxing clips, demo content, milestone moments, developmental tips, and founder-led video edits for Reels.
- Design carousels and story content around parenting insights, Montessori ideas, product advantages, and child development milestones.
- Adapt and distribute content across Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, WhatsApp Channels, and ShareChat.
- Develop short ad videos for Meta campaigns aimed at new and expectant parents.
- Prepare product showcase and listing videos for Amazon advertising and Seller Central.
- Plan and maintain a weekly content calendar tied to product launches and key parenting moments such as first crawl and first word.
- Review Instagram insights and YouTube analytics to understand what content connects best with the parent audience.
- Work with the team to capture or source user-generated content such as parent and baby photos or videos, then repurpose it for marketing use.
Requirements
- Comfort with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or another editing platform you can confidently use.
- Ability to create carousel and story designs in Canva or Figma.
- Understanding of Instagram and Facebook content formats including Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Lives.
- Skill in writing warm, parent-friendly captions that feel nurturing and trustworthy rather than corporate or overly promotional.
- Bonus advantage if you have worked with Meta Ads Manager or Amazon Seller Central.
- Additional advantage if you are a parent yourself or regularly work with young children.

- Flexible work hours.
- Work-from-home arrangement.
- Stipend includes a fixed component of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 per month.
- Total stipend mentioned for the internship is ₹6,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
- The internship runs for 2 months.
- The selected candidate is expected to begin immediately.
