About the Internship
This internship opportunity at Tossit, an innovative startup revolutionizing home cooking convenience, involves creating engaging digital content and enhancing social media presence. The intern will be instrumental in driving growth through content creation and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce reels, short videos, and various social media posts.
- Collaborate on storytelling initiatives led by company founders.
- Engage with influencers and content creators for promotional activities.
- Oversee experimentation on growth strategies.
- Keep up to date with trending content formats and viral patterns.
- Devise and trial new content concepts.
- Participate in marketing activities at local and community levels.
- Help develop and expand Tossit's social media channels from the ground up.
- Edit videos using applications such as CapCut, VN, or similar software.
- Assist with apartment and community marketing events.
- Support referral and brand ambassador initiatives.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship at Bangalore.
- Should be able to start between June 12, 2026, and August 11, 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month internship is required.
- Relevant skills and keen interest in content and social media marketing.

Required Skills and Attributes

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000.
- Internship duration is six months, with flexible working hours.
- Work schedule includes five days a week with an informal dress code.

- Potential job offer with annual salary between ₹600,000 and ₹800,000 on successful conversion to a permanent role.
