About the internship
This internship is for someone who enjoys blending writing, design, and social media strategy. You will be part of a video-led digital marketing and production team based in Delhi NCR, working on campaigns that span social-first content, brand series, podcasts, documentaries, and commercial films. The role offers practical exposure to creative storytelling supported by performance thinking, with opportunities to contribute to projects for well-known brands.
The studio has worked with brands such as FlixBus, Wakefit, Canon, Godrej, Dabur, Teachmint, and Dealshare, and has been recognized for work including the Wellness Sakhi disease awareness campaign and Window Seat by FlixBus.
What you will do
- Design attention-grabbing social content using Canva and adapt it for different platforms.
- Plan and execute social media activities that help build awareness and encourage audience engagement.
- Draft clear, persuasive, and informative copy for websites, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Track campaign performance through social media metrics and use the findings to improve results.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate fresh ideas and content directions.
- Keep up with current trends, platform updates, and industry best practices in social media and content marketing.
- Bring original thinking and new perspectives into content planning and campaign execution.

Compensation and additional details
The stipend is ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month. The payment structure is made up of a fixed component of ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 per month.
If converted into a permanent position, the expected annual salary is ₹300,000 to ₹500,000.
