What you'll do
- Partner with the business development team to identify potential clients, make connections, and support the onboarding process.
- Handle cold outreach, communicate with prospects, and participate in virtual discussions to move leads toward conversion.
- Run and monitor email-based lead generation campaigns.
- Organize work for a group of interns, distribute tasks, and provide guidance so weekly and monthly goals are met.
- Coordinate with business development teammates to shape growth plans and strengthen outreach efforts.
- Work toward defined weekly and monthly targets.

Stipend and structure
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 15,000, made up of a fixed component of INR 5,000 per month and an incentive component of INR 10,000 per month.
