Overview
IDDA Assurance offers a comprehensive healthcare plan focused on dental and dermatology treatments, featuring partial reimbursement and access to top-tier doctors through an online platform. This internship involves direct interaction with healthcare practitioners to promote and grow the company's presence in multiple Indian cities, including Ahmedabad, Chennai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform field sales operations by visiting clinics and pitching IDDA Assurance services to healthcare providers.
- Deliver presentations to doctors using a structured deck to successfully onboard them onto the platform.
- Work collaboratively with business partners to explain company programs and offerings.
- Manage and update MIS sheets to track progress and meet defined sales targets.
- Engage with onboarded doctors to provide training and support for using the IDDA portal.
- Design and implement communication plans specifically aimed at dermatology and dental professionals to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Promote the IDDA Assurance concept by effectively communicating product benefits and company values to doctors.
- Analyze sales performance data and industry trends regularly to enhance strategies and foster business growth.

- Must be available for a full-time, onsite internship.
- Start date should be between July 13, 2026, and August 17, 2026.
- Commitment to a 4-month internship period.
