The role involves connecting with prospective learners via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to foster enrollments and manage the entire sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential learners through multiple communication modes to boost course registrations.
- Assess learner requirements and recommend suitable SkillOrbit programs and career paths.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales and enrollment cycles, ensuring smooth admissions.
- Establish strong, ongoing relationships via consistent follow-ups and effective communication.
- Maintain precise records of leads and interactions within the CRM platform.
- Meet sales, enrollment, and revenue targets on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Partner with marketing teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
- Address learner inquiries by clearly explaining program details, advantages, and career prospects.
- Stay informed about SkillOrbit's offerings, competitor actions, and industry trends to deliver an outstanding learner experience.
