West-Regional Coordinator

Job Location

This role is based in Jeddah city.

Job Purpose

The primary objective is to ensure cohesive collaboration between regional teams and central departments for seamless and effective management of business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the communication bridge between the regional office and the head office to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
• Oversee inventory tracking and coordinate stock transfers from production or central plants to regional warehouses to maintain adequate stock for sales operations.
• Monitor and report on regional key performance indicators (KPIs), sales outcomes, and operational metrics to track progress.
• Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling, report preparation, and maintenance of regional documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve operational challenges or customer-related concerns within the region.
• Keep precise records of regional activities, employee performance, and customer feedback for analysis and improvement.
• Compile and deliver regular updates and reports to regional managers and senior leaders.
• Follow management directives related to administrative and business requirements.

Educational Qualifications

A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is required.

Experience

Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of experience in regional coordination roles.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to analyze data effectively
• Strong multitasking and communication abilities
• Familiarity with SAP Success Factors is considered an advantage
