Role Overview

BlueScope Distribution seeks multiple full-time Warehouse Team Members for their Westall VIC location. The business acts as a comprehensive supplier of steel and aluminium products, offering processing and service solutions for diverse industries. The team supports customers by delivering projects on schedule with precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to a safe and cooperative work environment prioritizing mutual care.
• Operate forklifts and cranes confidently; complete training provided if needed.
• Utilize and maintain machinery that assists in producing quality steel products.
• Prepare, pack, strap, and perform quality inspections on steel items per customer specifications.
• Keep the workplace clean, organized, and ready for successive shifts.
• Execute all duties with strong customer focus and attention to detail.

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 6am–2pm (early start, early finish, afternoons off)
• Afternoon Shift: 2pm–10pm (quieter traffic, most of the day free)
