Our operations encompass manufacturing, logistics, and farming throughout New Zealand, with a strong emphasis on excellence, innovation, sustainability, and personnel development. We offer rewarding career opportunities within a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment that encourages growth and meaningful contributions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to join our Waharoa site team to support daily warehouse activities. The position operates Monday through Friday, generally with 8-hour shifts and variable start times. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, moving, picking, preparing, and dispatching products while ensuring stock accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, managing documentation, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely receiving, unloading, loading, and storing finished goods, transferred products, and purchased stock with accuracy
  • Picking, marshalling, preparing, and dispatching orders for domestic and export markets, using forklifts and material handling equipment responsibly
  • Maintaining precise stock control through product verification, scanning, labelling, recordkeeping, stock movements, rotation, cycle counts, and stock takes
  • Completing all warehouse documentation accurately, including scanning transactions, updating row cards and labels, preparing load-out documents, and processing receipt paperwork
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized while following health, safety, hygiene protocols, PPE usage, and food storage requirements; promptly reporting hazards, incidents, product issues, or damages

Candidate Qualities

While previous experience in warehousing is advantageous, the key attributes we value include attitude, reliability, eagerness to learn, safe work habits, and teamwork capability.

  • Dependable with a positive, proactive approach
  • Precise when verifying products, labels, quantities, and documentation
  • Comfortable using fundamental computer systems, including Microsoft Office and data input
  • Capable of safely operating a forklift or willing to undergo forklift training
