Warehouse Operator (5 days/Office hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately execute picking, packing out, shipping, and issuing of materials.
• Release cargo to designated forwarders or carriers efficiently.
• Manage and handle shipping manifests thoroughly.
• Verify physical inventory against documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts and receive indirect materials on behalf of end users.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse or production store facilities.
• Perform upkeep and regular maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures meticulously.
• Adhere to warehouse safety and health regulations consistently.
• Inspect outbound orders thoroughly, including verification of serial numbers, Country of Origin (CoO), HS codes, ECCN, Export License Categories, and strategic good indicators against physical goods, invoices, and factory labels.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education requirement: completion of secondary school.
• Forklift license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as reach-trucks and hand pallet jacks.
