About the Role
This position involves providing excellent service to guests at Dabar Spicy Junction, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival.
- Present menus and clarify available options.
- Take accurate orders for food and beverages.
- Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate.
- Regularly check to ensure guest satisfaction and address requests promptly.
- Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and drinks carefully to tables.
- Refill guests' glasses and clear dishes as needed during the meal.
- Handle billing and payments, accepting cash or card transactions.
- Prepare tables with appropriate linens, cutlery, and glassware.
- Restock service stations with necessary supplies such as condiments, napkins, and trays.
- Clean and sanitize tables immediately after guests depart.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout service.
Working Conditions and Compensation
