Your Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following the company's quality standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, engaging guests courteously and professionally throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
- Process cash and card payments efficiently using POS systems.
- Regularly restock the bar's inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and alcohol serving regulations, including ID verification and responsible alcohol service.
- Support opening and closing procedures for the bar at the start and end of shifts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is essential.
- Good familiarity with classic cocktail recipes and beverage preparation or willingness to quickly acquire these skills.
- A friendly, energetic, and cooperative approach to teamwork.
- Capacity to remain calm and perform effectively during busy periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are advantageous.
