Key Responsibilities

• Implement visual, commercial, and styling elements according to store policies and timelines to boost customer engagement and increase sales.
• Review sales data, manage inventory, upkeep garment standards, and pinpoint visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Utilize trend analysis and market competitor information to guide and mentor the store team, enhancing customer service excellence.
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of yourself and the brand during customer interactions.
• Assist the Sales Market team with store development and expansion initiatives.
